The Administration

The offices and the public desk of the Municipal Clerk’s Office are headquartered at the Municipal Centre located in Via Livurcio 4 (the orange building).
Here, the work of the General Administration, a department falling within the competence of the mayor, are carried out under the direct responsibility and supervision of the Municipal Secretary, assisted by several collaborators.
The main activities pertain to the management of everything concerning the Municipality and the management of internal and external relations, with citizens and inter-municipal relations. Every day Municipal employees carry out several different tasks having to do, for example, with such sectors as, survey of its inhabitants, AVS, social relations, accountancy, building matters etc.
The Municipal Administration, furthermore, compiles and coordinates the notices that are displayed on the municipal notice board and those published in the Official Bulletin and in newspapers.
